The Summer Reading Program for Adults starts on June 1st! Register online here and earn entries into the prize drawings for different activities completed during the summer. Read books, attend programs, donate blood, or make items for the Crafting for a Cause service projects. The program ends on August 18th, and winners will be drawn from all prize entries the following week. You can win gift cards to local bookstores and restaurants for participating. The Adult Summer Reading Program is open to Oldham County Public Library members aged 18 years and older.

Making new friends as an adult can be hard. This program is designed to introduce you to a wide range of new individuals in a safe, friendly environment. Participants will be paired up and given conversation starters. After 5 minutes, particpants will rotate for new conversations. Activities will be provided to get to know people better.
